What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers in the future.
How should I care for my premium denim to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the color and fit of your jeans, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to prevent shrinkage and maintain elasticity.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive according to our return policy.
